Yesterday I was in the pool with my girlfriend and she told me that I have a high probability of skin cancer. I have blond hair, blue eyes, light skin, I just burn in the sun, lots of moles and beauty marks and I had a family of cancer. She said that all these facts, my greatest risk of skin cancer. If so, use more sunscreen? What is SPF? How can I prevent skin cancer, but still regularly? Thank you for your help!
