To make genuine broasted chicken, a couple of things are required ... a pressure fryer made by The Broaster Company, and that firm's special marinade and breading products. This combination gives real broasted chicken it's uniquely delicious taste. New pressure fryers are too large and too expensive for home use, plus they require 208 volt electrical service not usually found in homes. Additionally, they are normally placed under a restaurant style ventilation hood. The good news is, there are 5,000 operators nationwide that offer broasted chicken (also known as Genuine Broaster Chicken). Go to www.broaster.com/slocator.htm to find the one nearest you.
