I have red skin blotches near my arm pits and groin area.? - skin blotches more condition_symptoms

I have red spots on the skin around my armpits and groin. My doctor told me it was a yeast infection. What does not itch and are painless. Ideas?

I certainly some good ideas, so you should edit your question and one or two very sharp pix. Remember vsual Dermatology is a science.

If the doc the test? I could be wrong. This could be a number of things, eczema, ringworm and scabies, a yeast infection. Each is an infection of the bacterial flora. Or see a doc about this or go to Wal-Mart and athletes get athlete's foot cream and try to work that, surprisingly, perhaps.

This could be a minor eruption, however, had the skin around my area representative of the division and I have never seen a sweat in this area (probably so small ..) And somebody said to me, said I was just a rash. To took my dermatologist and was not sure he was a scraping of potholes. There was only under a microscope to see what it is and found inflammatory acne. lol go figure. dermatology issues are often difficult to diagnose over the Internet, without particular a picture would probably be in my case a microscope. Then you have not hurt to see your derm. doctor.:)
