The first answer is absolutely incorrect.

Test after 3 months from the date of infection is very accurate ... about 97%.

Depends on the human immune system most people have enough antibodies against the disease. The test for these antibodies (not iteself) of virus. Approximately 97% of people have seen enough antibodies are formed after 3 months. 100% after 6 months.

the test itself has been created to try to all those who are HIV positive are identified so that you can) people who are not truly infected with HIV start (false positives. This is the result of a highly sensitive test, all the people who have to raise the first round, a confirmation test before it is established that they are HIV positive.

In 1990, the CDC said that 3 months is Conculsion.
Current status of the CDC can not be conclusive 6 weeks ..
Rapid test for false positives tend to spit a lot .. So do not worry if you have a positive result in a fast, then you should get another test, and the results have confirmed ...
according to their risk .. 3 months, should conclusively =]

HIV can not be displayed in a long test for so many years, if you're worried about the test twice a year. I did not stand as long as 10 years.
